When I newly bought this WiFi, but my phones and laptop could see both 2.4ghz and 5.0ghz. But after a month, I no longer see the 5.0ghz. Why and what should I do?
If you could.not see 5.0ghz option on both phone and Laptop after some time, it could be possible that you mistakenly disabled the 5.0ghz option on the mifi . Fo back to the dashboard and enable it. But if you can only see the 5.0ghz on one device (phone or Laptop), then check the affected device settings .
