thank's a lot for this tuto and for the jamming ,i hope you will continue with BM3 because the sampler is fantastic but I am completely lost with the scene ,pattern and song mode !
Thanks for watching! I have plans for many more Beatmaker 3 videos. I am waiting a bit to see how INTUA updates the scene / pattern / song modes before working too much more with them as it seems a bit clumsy right now. Beatmaker 3 is such a robust DAW, so is no shortage of really amazing things you can do with it :) The audio dabbler made a nice video which helps explain the scene / song / pattern modes here: ruclips.net/video/P5kDn-NtA9Y/видео.html
Ummm I am lil bummed. While BM3 does offer some nice editing and probably the best I have seen so far . I am bummed that it does not edit a sampled loop to the BPM like how a Roland SP808 sampler does. Unless I am wrong?
Sorry, mate - I do not use a Roland SP808 so I do not know. A great place to find out more might be the Beatmaker 3 forum here: intua.net/forums/ :) Cheers! :)
So am I right in thinking this method would work with anything that has audio out? So I could record samples from RUclips/Spotify/soundcloud/ITunes all from my mobile phone into the iPad as long as I have an Audio interface?
You are of course entitled to your opinion. 😏 I am teaching general recording and production techniques in this video. I hope you learned how to record your laptop into Beatmaker 3. Word UP! 🤗👊
Hi David. 😁 Yes, for *hi-quality audio*, you will need an audio interface of some sort. I do love my Novation Audiohub, but you can also do it with other interfaces. Here I show how to connect a Focusrite Scarlet audio interface to the iPad which is how you would connect up most interfaces to the iPad. Hope this helps: ruclips.net/video/uQ30J57h_2s/видео.html 🤗😁👊

Hey! Great video. For live sampling in beatmaker, do you need an audio interface like the novation 2x4?
VERY VERY GOOD VIDEO!!!
Thank you very much! 😀 👊

That beat was kind of trash bro. Those drums were completely off.
