I think the whole reason many ppl have stopped shopping for non essential items I.E clothes, shoes, jewelry, perfume is because they have bills and what little money they have has to pay rent and utilities.
It's hard to always say this but, I actually love all the shoes you've bought! Probably because they're all safe options and classic. haha And I think the twilly you wrapped on your Birkin looks nice! It has such a nice contrast and make it so much more fun. It's so rare to hear someone rave about Chanel's customer service as most (including me) haven't had the greatest experience with them! The only one that has been good was when I visited Spain! Dior has been consistently great with theirs and many have spoke up about them too.

The fragrance stone is really easy to use! You just have to spray your perfume in it and it’ll diffuse the smell. That’s why they gave you the little fragrances!

You are definitely not over reacting about the Dior situation...I should of taken heed of your situation. I went ahead and ordered from Dior and once I received the package I was astounded. My items weren't nicely packed at all, they were literally just thrown inside the box but worst of all my items were out of their packaging. Totally unacceptable and I contacted them to file a complaint and will never be buying from them again. I will stick to what I know which is the amazing customer service from Chanel as you mentioned.
The stones are fragrance infused, you can pop them in your wardrobe or drawers to scent ur clothing or lingerie. Or you can just sit them on a bench or on your desk to scent the area. Love ur haul👌🏼xx♥️✨
