They better get a TON of security at this location. This place will attract a lot of riff raff. Rough area, and they will have to really lower the room rates during the summer especially. That’s when trouble will occur. Not a wise decision to build in this area.

I love across the 101 from this and nothing had moved since March of 2024. It feels completely abandoned and looks terrible.
