Let's reset for February! I've been having a wonderful start to 2024 & have really been enjoying implementing all of my new year's goals (or at least doing my best) in an effort to find better life balance in 2024. In this monthly reset, I'm reflecting on January & sharing ALL my habit tracking data from the month (lifestyle routines, fitness, nutrition, relationships, work, & house projects), plus looking ahead to February and setting new goals to focus on. I'm still on a mission to get closer to my ideal self with accomplishing these goals in 2024, so I hope this reset encourages & motivates you!
