- Swedish Airforce SK60, (SAAB 105) jet-trainer performing a geat solo display @ Flydagen Kjeller 2024. Holy crap can these guys fly! Already looking forward to seeing them again on Sola Airshow in two weeks.
SK60 retiring this year from SwAF, sad to see it go.
That's sad to hear, I didn't know that. Looking forward to get a couple of another great displays of it this upcoming weekend at Sola Airshow.
@@modellflyger They will keep a few within SwAFHF (Swedish Air Force Historic Flight) which already have a 4 seater version, but it will be more rare to see it and because of it's front line service now it has been maintained with unlimited money and parts, in SwAFHF they lack resources and funding so it will be flown more cautionally. A good thing is that this pilot who flew here Nils Schylström is now part of SwAFHF team and is gonna fly this plane there, they also school him in other planes like the J29 Tunnan, he is younger so it's good to transfer the knowledge from the older pilots at SwAFHF.
