Yep, happened to me yesterday, and I checked today and it still freezes in the same spot. If you scan through the timeline all it shows is that last frame that froze for the rest of the video. I think YT may have somehow corrupted the video just recently, because when it was first put out people obviously watched it and commented about stuff past that point.

Great thing about this game is that I could see all the options being viable. The legion is kinda underdeveloped but from what you can find out in game they have a pretty interesting philosophy and Caesar is very interesting to talk to. Still don't think they are a great option though. For example, I am personally a fan of either Mr House or Yes Man. Then NCR. Then legion. All sides have pros and cons and are pretty fleshed out.
If the ending doesn't describe it as so grim, I would always go with Yes Man. I would like to imagine that I'm co-ruling the Mojave with The King peacefully instead of the mildly chaotic ending the game showed me...
I always side with the NCR, originally I always sided with Mr. House on my first few playthroughs because somehow I always missed the Wild Card ending entirely because I never searched Benny's suite and so never found Yes Man, i found him on my like Twitch playthrough, i am an absolute troglodyte. I originally never liked the NCR, but then as i read up on more lore and actually learn their circumstances on why they ar ehandl8ng things so badly in the Mojave i grew to actually be very interested in them. With every factions good side won out, with Good Karma, an NCR ending is what I'd call a golden ending. Especially when you learn how things are back West in New California, hell, their primary holdings are so safe, people literally leave the place entirely because there's no market for mercs because the NCR killed any vicious and dangerous wildlife there was there. They've got a "Railroad Restoration Project" dedicated to using the taxes they have for the civilians and spending it on restoring railroads and roadways, and they even allow Ghouls and Super Mutants into their army as soldiers, and get the same pay as humans. They're only having it bad in New Vegas and stretched so thin because their supply lines were destroyed thanks to The Divide, and Big M.T, in the words of Graham "might as well be a wall to any living thing", so they have to go through Death Valley and *around* The Big Empty, which is a significantly longer route to the Mojave. So it's safe to say, if it wasn't for what went down in the Divide, there wouldn't even be a game for us to play because the NCR would have had everything under control already. And yes there's some corruption and some... undeserving people in power *coughcough*Moore*coughcough*, but eh, you win some you lose some.
I side with Yes Man/NCR, get the khans to help, go truce the brotherhood of steel, raise the plane, then go grab Arcade Gannon and do his companian quest. God Bless America.
My first time "peacefully" dealing with the Great Kahns, was 100% just dumb luck. I had no idea what I was doing and somehow ended the conversation with them wanting to work with me I think. It's been so long I can't remember the exact outcome, all I remember is I left on good terms with them and told Yes Man they could be ignored.
I don't know what's happening but when I get to the part where the kids talking about the people being savages my video just freezes and it's stuck on that frame with no sound for the entire video

This is why one would require training to use them, or else they're just really heavy armors. Edit: and Kit...come on. From your reaction, you seem like you did play the game. And you're telling us that you haven't tried doing all these side quests to improve the outcome of the Second Battle of Hoover Dam? I always have the Boomers to help. The bomber that I helped them to fix up is a great help against the Legion. And then, I tend to also train up the Misfits of the NCR soldiers. They would become a force to be reckoned with in the battle, all thanks to the Courier's training. There are more things that can affect the battle. You gotta go check it out.

The problem with the NCR in new vegas it was that they barley prepared their troops for combat, not to mention they were spread too thin because of how fast they were expanding and not being able to keep up with demand
One problem is the Legion and women. A lot of people call it sexism but they aren't throwing women to the grinder like the ncr. Women can have babies. Men cannot. It makes sense to send men to fight. Basic biology.
Power armor uses a mechanized exoskeleton that doubles as a chassis for the armor plating. No nerve control required; it moves as you move under your own power.
The thing with the grenade behind the door happened to me as well during my first playthrough. And back then I had a really slow hard drive, which means loading a save game took an eternity. After a few dozen tries I managed to avoid the explosion though, but then the guy who threw the damn thing decided to be rude and shoot me in the face.. In the end I had to load an older save game from like 3 hours earlier. There was no other way out of that hell I was stuck in :(

Power armor weights 40Ibs (in Fallout New Vegas) and you need special training by an expert to wear it properly or else you’ll barely be able to move around in it. Edit: Also f#@k the NCR!!!!!!

The animation when Badger was fleeing was the Deathclaw's crippled-leg animation; you need to break its leg just to be able to outrun it.

22:03 hes on point if you consider the power armour design in Fallout 4, where it's essentially a hydraulic suit you strap plating to.
