Really interesting video! As a new TCG player I've been slowly figuring a lot of what you are talking about in bits and pieces on my own. This video was very helpful in putting a name and context to these ideas.
I would love to see more of these TCG basic concept videos in the future. I'm sure a lot of what you are talking about is obvious to veteran TCG players, but us newbs could use more videos like this!

So, I'm torn because if you're talking about playing on curve, Boba is both a good example and a bad one.
He's a good example because it's straight forward - if you're on 3 resources you can ask (like you did) do I want to play a 3 resource card?
But he's a bad example because the biggest factor in playing on curve imo is whether to save a resource for a leader ability. Most Leaders have a 1 cost ability.
Choosing whether to play below curve so you can use your leader's ability is imo a huge part of this discussion.
And that's not even counting your points about Boba's ability and hand advantage.
Subbed and looking forward to more videos. Would love to see you continue on this topic, I think it's an important one for us to be talking about and this video, while great, really only scratches the surface.

I would not say that is a standard boba green deck. Bib, Ruhk, strafing and sneak attack are not standard cards there..
