The faith will survive by God’s grace, by the FSSPX and by the passing on what it means to be a Catholic which this school does! We support this school and its endeavours. Thank you for bringing it to the attention of your viewers.
The SSPX is getting ever cozier with the novus ordo. They now have a novus ordo bishop, some novus ordo priests, use novus ordo churches, send people to the novus ordo for their anointing of the sick, accept the new catechism, etc.
The SSPX do their own blessings. If they use a Modern Church, ie the one where I will be going that has been recently bought. Well it is being totally renovated to fit the Latin Mass criteria. Meanwhile we are in a Church that is full and we are growing!
God Bless you for sharing this video along with the Fathers who run Our Lady of Mount Carmel Academy! May God help these young men grow in holiness and become saints through the guidance of Our Blessed Mother through these great priests. Deo Gratias! Ave Maria!
My husband went to an all boys Catholic school in his home country. Despite being NO, it had a lasting impact on his formation as a young man. I hope one day to send our sons to an SSPX school.
Fr. Stannus brought me and my family into tradition in 2016 while a newly ordained mission priest and he will always have a special place in our hearts. May God richly bless all that you put your hands to and bring many souls to beatitude.
Looks very similar to La Salette. I am glad that the SSPX offers these schools but what I really wish they would do is offer a minor seminary. These schools are not producing as many priests as you think they would. CMRI has a wonderful minor seminary. I wish SSPX would have a school that fosters to young men who feel they have a vocation. More emphasis on training the soul and less on the sports aspect. Not saying physical activity is not important, it very much is, but sports can become secular real fast.
Search: "St. Philomena at St. Michael’s School SSPX England". In his book on St. Philomena, Fr. O’Sullivan writes: "Teachers would do well to place their schools under her protection and erect her statue in a place where the children can easily visit it and adorn it with offerings of flowers, lamps and candles." Ask either of the priestly Brother's Brucciani (SSPX) to verify. God bless Our Lady of Mount Carmel Academy. Who is District superior now Fr Sherry is nearer to home?
Gracious. How much has changed at OLMC - while much still looks familiar - since its founding year, when I was one of the teachers at that start. I remember when Fr Stannus was the house father for the boys before he left for seminary.
What better place for a girl to learn homemaking skills then by her own mother within her own home? Boys are better suited for separation from family to grow into manhood.
@El-Harto She would still be in a home- and able to care for it. She could read books to learn to cook and sew. But in the very very rare instance she does not have anything to resemble a home or caring parents then obviously a boarding school with nuns would be a better option, if that is God’s will.
As far as I am aware, SSPX has co-ed schools but does not do co-ed classrooms in those schools. St. Marys does boarding for the last two years of high school. The dorms are strictly gender segregated.
Are all these fine young men going into the priesthood? Why is there no traditional formation for the girls? Any who leave this school and expect to find saintly wives without formation of equal quality will be gravely disappointed. It takes well educated and principled women to home school many traditional children.
Institutions such as this are the future.
Things such as these will be necessary to overcome what seems like dark times in the next decade or so.

I wasn't aware of this. Can you share more? @@littlerock5256

@@texmex2023 Novus ordo Huonder "blessed" a chapel for the SSPX, and "consecrated" oils for them.

I'm in Windsor, Ont.. I think I should move. This is awesome! Praise God!
Excellence. Roman Catholic excellence. 🎉

Wish we had SSPX schools by us

CMRI should change their name at least.
Wow. That’s awesome.
Beautiful ! Longue vie à l'école...et venez quand vous voulez à Camblain (France). You are Welcome !

How do you know if any abuse goes on. Boarding schools are scary to me.
SSPX DEO GRATIAS
Is there a girls’ school? If not, why? We desperately need nuns and sisters as well as thoroughly Catholic wives, mothers, singles in the world.

Are there any plans to build a convent for religious sisters at the school like the Dominicans of Fanjeux or SSPX Sisters?
Get a priest who motivates you the way Fr Marcel motivates the volleyball team 2:32

This takes time, let’s be patient
Wish my boys could’ve gone to OLOMC!
Love it!!!
