ik deep down that the original ghost recon devs (or any ubi dev worth a damn) wants to make the ghost recon games super realistic and more like the first ghost recons. But the execs and investors believe they should chase trends instead
True first-person (where you see your body as it exists in the game world) is the perspective through which GR is meant to be played. Third-person should be an additional perspective if they have development time to add it.

Love your gameplay vids the hook, character and voice lines along with the entire concept definitely make it appealing to watch. Mod gives off more of a next level immersion into breakpoint love it.

When Ubi want to market the next GR game they really need to be hiring you. I've always loved Breakpoint even before the updates but the videos you have created for the game really capture it in it's absolute best light and showcase how fantastic the game is.

I think this game seems to do one thing that makes the first person mod 100× better that Wildlands didn't do and that is that your gun is always at high ready when you're not sprinting, I hated that in GRW I was constantly lowering my rifle mid-combat, it was extremely noticabke in first person and always broke my immersion
Your editing is on point! I love the transitions, chapter-like texts and all the little details like the camera shakes at action points you're putting into your vids. You deserve many more subs for the quality of your vids. Keep it up.
Looks so good seeing those reload animations in first person. For the effort they put in, surprised the devs didn't add this...then again, a good chunk of the maps are very unfinished (sinking into the ground, invisible potholes you need to fast travel out of, etc) unless there's a mod that fixes it and disables shielding your eyes from nothing, even when you're in a bunker.

I think ubisoft should officially make a first person patch for ghost recon breakpoint. To this date, this game is well-polished, if they add some amazing first person animations with weapon inspection, I can continue playing this game for another 7 years or so.
I just wanted to say you’re the reason why I gave Breakpoint a try. I bought Wildlands and Breakpoint while on sale last year and honestly didn’t really care much for the former, as such I never bothered giving the latter a try. When I stumbled across your channel you made Breakpoint look so cool I just had to give it a shot. I gotta say I’m absolutely loving the game. After about 2-hours of gameplay on Regular Mode I switched over to Immersive (with enemies on Extreme, zero HUD, etc) and boy, it’s so much fun. Keep up the great work on your channel.
It was due to DEEF's videos that I finally broke down and purchased Breakpoint. That's not surprising. But what IS surprising is that with ~100 hours in I still didn't recognize the game during the initial montage. That's how dramatically this mod changes the look and feel of the game. Now someone just needs to take this and add VR support...
Replaying this gem online currently with my Brother. The possibilities for stealth approach in this game are on a same level with Metal Gear Solid and Splinter Cell tbh. It is so good, especially with the immersive mode.
Hey bro been watching you since the start of the year as that’s when I got breakpoint and you changed the way I play as I used to play purely solo but now I get my mates to download the trail version and play with me so thank you for that but I was wondering as I play on console and I’m thinking of building a pc of what your specs are so I can see compare them to what I have and maybe switch some out for a better experience but keep up the good work it always brings me joy every time u upload even if I can play a few hours a week due to boarding school thanks for making great content and changing the way I play breakpoint 👍👍
Hey General! Aw dude I'm so glad to hear that, it's great on your own but with some mates it is just a game changer, for sure. So my PC at the moment is a bit of a beast as I use it for heavy editing work in the past (some of my day jobs!), I run i9 9900K with a 4090 and 64GB DDR4 RAM. However, you don't need 64GB, and you don't need a 4090 either! I would say, depending on where you're based in the world, find some good bundle builders near you that make computers, and speak to them about what you want. SCAN is who I use in the UK (I'm in Ireland, but still works here), but there are plenty of great options. For the price of a PS5 you might get a semi-decent build, just depends how much you want to spend, but I will say that once you start spending, you won't be able to stop haha, so make your first buy a great one, less upgrading down the line! I just got ghost recon breakpoint 4 days ago and I’m really enjoying the game playing alone and I really dislike playing solo games but this game has brought back the solo gaming enjoyment I’ve been needing for many years. I’ve also played with a friend a few hours and the game is even more enjoyable. Next thing I’m looking once I beat the game is to maybe try mods to first person view or whatever else seems interesting to try.
Love these videos, really makes me want to buy Breakpoint. But the knowledge that it will be unavailable to play once the servers go down, makes me think twice about it. Awesome videos btw.

This is awesome! I just played a couple hours and it's a completely different game. Not being able to 3rd person see around corners makes you play so differently and for me, more aggressive. This should have been in the base game.
The script doesnt work for me, latest version of CH 7.5, auto attach checked, script recognizes game so i hae GRB,exe at the top when running the game (direct x11 not vulkan) but when i get ingame the hotkeys dont do anything, tried changing them but it doesnt work, thought it may be because i have keys conflict with commands in game? or because my keyboard acts strange because i have a 60%? thoughts please?
I had been looking for a first person mod when I picked up the game about 2 months ago and now I can safely say that I am ready to sink all of my time into this game
if you want to play this game but cant buy it just yet, download the demo. it will give you full gameplay with a friend who owns it. playing alone will only be a few hours but coop with friends is unlimited time.
This is the best! The FPS is amazing, the body cam going down the hill is awesome. One thing that could be improved upon that I personally don't like is the shift to ADS. A suggestion I have is that might be popular with other people as well is that maybe the creator of the MOD could make the ADS a smooth transition with low or no zoom. Also seeing more realism in the game in the future, like Gray Zone Warfare has in it, would make this game top of the line. I would love to give a huge shout out to the creator of this MOD, you did a great job!
He finally did it. I've been waiting for this ever since the Wildlands first person mod came out. This just makes me all the more excited to get my new graphics card and CPU so I can dive into this myself. Only a few more days.

Im kinda burned out on first person view. But i think games like this should have the option to play 3rd person or 1st person. It does look more immersive in first person
I wish first person was more commonly used more outside of hectic and over the top pvp games, it's so much more immersive, I have nothing against third person games, I just think they're overly done. This looks incredible, I already own this game on PS5, but I'm half tempted to buy it on my PC just so I can play with this mod.
I KNEW something was wrong, the reason open world games from ubisoft looks so strange is because of the weird camera the game got strange proportion and everything looks unreal (not unrealistic) like a miniature world instead a real world. The change of the camera lift the whole game by making it more lifelike.

Sometimes looking at the gameplay with first person mod for both wildlands and breakpoint, feels like they were initially intended to be first person then some dumb exec at ubisoft forced the devs to make it third person !
Sparked an all new love for that game. I got this, some reshades, the spartan mod (Not sure if it's working or not but, we'll see.) Except my upper body become nonexistent when I go first person, and only my bare arms are there xD
Ahhh you must be wearing a cosmetic top that causes clipping, t shirts do that and some other tops but not many! Change it up and you'll be grand. Also pretty sure you can run two instances of CE so you should be grand! Enjoy matey
Someone needs to show this to the devs so they remember what type of game GR players actually want, for gods sakes take the series back to its roots. Don't get me wrong, its amazing what the community can achieve but it shouldn't be necessary to even try.
Great video and a great mod. This is the first time I've commented on this... Platform ;) In any case, Breakpoint has been for a long time my own "dirty little secret." Now... I'm TheMercsAssassin on Nexus Mods, btw. Maybe this is mod is just the incentive I need to finish my new Breakpoint ReShade collection. I wonder if my new DoF changes will be problematic in first person view. They are already set up to work with ADS and third person, but with the proper first person mode, i could run into an issue with the set to right side of the screen. WHOA! I never knew such a thing existed even for a previous entry. I grew up playing ghost recon with my dad and enjoyed the first person view (albeit it was bland back in the day with just a crosshair if I remember right) but I'd definitely get this if it was a feature

They removed the anti cheat awhile ago for both the ubisoft version and the steam version, you physically can't find battleye in the files.

It would be nice, but they are tight lipped about anything to do with GR these days, think we scared them off when they tried that BR stunt.

It's on sale right now so at the very least, you won't be massively out of pocket! I don't think they'll drop the servers for this for quite some time
Wildlands and The Division are still going so it'll be a while until Breakpoint stops working I'd guess.

if you want to play this game but cant buy it just yet, download the demo. it will give you full gameplay with a friend who owns it. playing alone will only be a few hours but coop with friends is unlimited time.

This is the best! The FPS is amazing, the body cam going down the hill is awesome. One thing that could be improved upon that I personally don't like is the shift to ADS. A suggestion I have is that might be popular with other people as well is that maybe the creator of the MOD could make the ADS a smooth transition with low or no zoom. Also seeing more realism in the game in the future, like Gray Zone Warfare has in it, would make this game top of the line. I would love to give a huge shout out to the creator of this MOD, you did a great job!

Im kinda burned out on first person view. But i think games like this should have the option to play 3rd person or 1st person. It does look more immersive in first person

I wish first person was more commonly used more outside of hectic and over the top pvp games, it's so much more immersive, I have nothing against third person games, I just think they're overly done.
This looks incredible, I already own this game on PS5, but I'm half tempted to buy it on my PC just so I can play with this mod.

I KNEW something was wrong, the reason open world games from ubisoft looks so strange is because of the weird camera the game got strange proportion and everything looks unreal (not unrealistic) like a miniature world instead a real world.
The change of the camera lift the whole game by making it more lifelike.

The actual link wasn't available at the time of the tutorial but it's in the description now so be sure to grab that one! Simply place the .CT somewhere, anywhere, and open it. Then click the FirstPerson field box and launch Breakpoint 👍👍

Sometimes looking at the gameplay with first person mod for both wildlands and breakpoint, feels like they were initially intended to be first person then some dumb exec at ubisoft forced the devs to make it third person !

Sparked an all new love for that game. I got this, some reshades, the spartan mod (Not sure if it's working or not but, we'll see.) Except my upper body become nonexistent when I go first person, and only my bare arms are there xD
Ahhh you must be wearing a cosmetic top that causes clipping, t shirts do that and some other tops but not many! Change it up and you'll be grand. Also pretty sure you can run two instances of CE so you should be grand! Enjoy matey

Someone needs to show this to the devs so they remember what type of game GR players actually want, for gods sakes take the series back to its roots. Don't get me wrong, its amazing what the community can achieve but it shouldn't be necessary to even try.
been playing the wildlands mod for the past month, was sad last week when I looked for the same thing for breakpoint, this is amazing timing!
Great video and a great mod. This is the first time I've commented on this... Platform ;) In any case, Breakpoint has been for a long time my own "dirty little secret." Now... I wonder if my new DoF changes will be problematic in first person view. They are already set up to work with ADS and third person, but with the proper first person mode, i could run into an issue with the set to right side of the screen. WHOA! I never knew such a thing existed even for a previous entry. I grew up playing ghost recon with my dad and enjoyed the first person view (albeit it was bland back in the day with just a crosshair if I remember right) but I'd definitely get this if it was a feature
