During ticket booking passenger details filling option was available(as shown in your video), so can we book for other person also.

I have not tried myself, but as per their terms, you need to travel 2 paid flights to be able to transfer to a family member

First contact them using Air india support portal, then you will get a Case ID. Now head over to X (twitter) and DM your Case ID to AirindiaSupport and they will resolve it in hours.
