A Fall Reset (how we reset + anchor ourselves in changing seasons)

today we're diving into a much needed FALL RESET. the summer is all fun and games. for some of us, kind of structures and care free. and then the fall comes.. we kinda freak out. so here's to fall cleaning and cleansing of our lives, and resetting to feel our best!
