EXPLAINER: The Philippines' case at the ICC

- Philippines awaits if Prosecutor Karim Khan will request a warrant or summons for potential suspects in the drug war and Davao Death Squad killings. Whichever way Khan goes, it is still a long way ahead. The last decision by the ICC's appeals chamber was highly-technical and preserved some options for perpetrators to get the case dismissed. We explain in this video.

That is why I lost faith in Philippines, government and the people....protecting criminals? accused the equalizers, those with guns are the lords...all bad package are in the country. Wished there would be a vigilantes to equalized them all.
Even in countries without ICC jurisdiction, the UN Human Rights Council provides a platform to address human rights violations globally. The UN Security Council can impose sanctions on a country if it fails to cooperate with efforts to address human rights violations, including the arrest of individuals responsible for such violations.

After all the LIEs that RAPPLER did to the filipino people they still have the guts of doing this. Especially RAPPLER is funded by foreign countries. All the pulisman who commeted this crimes are already behind bars. If there is more, just file the case. This is an insult to the Phiilippine judiciary. These people thinks that filipinos are easy going. Maybe you can fool the EU but not the filipinos.
The complaint against Duterte was filed to the ICC when we are still a member and SC already said we must comply. Glad PNP is a member of Interpol and ICC has an agreement with Interpol for request to capture fugitives.
