If you do Adelaide to Brisbane flight do used same plane to Perth from Brisbane or different planes

Don’t ever think that your videos are boring. I enjoyed watching this one, and as I live in Adelaide I could recognise places like Rundle Mall. (Gee, it was quiet 😮) I have never been to Perth, but it’s on my bucket list. Are you able to tell me what that place across the road (in Perth) from your hotel is called? It looked a bit like the Festival Theatre in Adelaide 🤔
