This series is going to continue gaining traction because everyone wants to know what they could build if money was no object. As more people start 3d modeling like this we’re going to see an explosion of lego builds that would have been logistically impossible before. New scales, new techniques, new aesthetics, etc. This is really exciting stuff

For your industry and dock areas, I would recommend looking at the Fore River Shipyard in Quincy, Massachusetts. It has its own short line rail system for servicing specifically the factories in the area, which include fertilizer pellet production and fatty acids. They are transported to a spur off of the MBTA Greenbush Line to be moved by CSX. It also has a really interesting history! I love this series, looking forward to what you put out next! 😁

This is well thought out, I appreciate that. When I think of lego design I think of it as a memory. I don't think about a dozen doors when I remember something I picture maybe four doors and the rest just weren't significant enough. Interiors for example: I didn't go into the restroom in this building therefore I do not remember it so it's not in my build but I did use the bathroom in my hotel so that does have one. You don't need every single detail but just enough to convey the experience from the memory.

I love what you’re doing keep it up man. (Ps also take ur time on it we know you've got shit in ur actual life to take care of none of us want you to get burnt out and stressed and just lose the motivation and fun you have doing this)

Water front cafe/restaurant/shopping district sorts thing would be sick wouldn’t fit with the location quite yet but still (maybe on the other side/bank of the river?) including like a boat tours place would be cool.
Can’t wait for more “urban” / city scape stuff a really cool idea for the sort of industrial area maybe a garbage truck depot or bus depot, or maybe like a company that’s sells like, sands, soils, gravel, stuff like that y'know or even a small or large scrap yard
Massive port/harbour with massive cranes for offloading containers of cargo ships and just a massive container yard
Closer to the ocean a massive like “public” harbour with all those little wooden floating docks with a bunch of civilian ships docked y'know what I mean?
