    how do you measure the distance that each cone should be? i don’t have a meter measuring tool or anything, is there a certain number or steps or something

      Hi Thando, that completely depends on the size of your step. But you could just measure it in paces although this will likely vary from week to week.
      If you want to get the most out of your running I'd recommend getting yourself a trundle wheel. I bought mine during my first year of uni and its still going strong 8 years later! So definietly worth the investment. Think mine was less than £8 on amazon.
      Or if you run on a pitch then use the pitch markings as a rough guide.
