Air bandung is actually a red syrup mixed with condensed milk. Milo isn't actually fully chocolate drink. Inside the Milo drink, we usually add in condensed milk, that is why it tastes creamy and milky. Nasi goreng ikan masin is fried rice mixed with dried salted fish. If we cook this kind of fried rice, we don't add on more salt. Roti canai should be eaten with dhal gravy and fish curry. Not all places in Malaysia have sambal (the red chilli paste) to be eaten with roti canai. A true roti canai made by Penangnite Mamak doesn't put this kind of sambal (they usually taste sweet which I don't like), but we always have dhal gravy, at times we can add other gravy too like chicken curry and black beef gravy. That is depending on the location where you have your roti canai. I don't favour roti canai other than the ones sold in Penang by local Penangnites.
