That walnut tree is magnificent! I didn't realize how big its trunk was until you started measuring it! From the house distance, it looks lean.
Glad the formula for the tree's age worked out! It really makes one look at trees differently now.
I also wonder what the history of the land that your house sits on is? What was there 100 years ago, and how did a lone walnut tree get there?

Hello Mr&Mrs Spud. Got a good dr report today. I shall be getting a new prosthetic in about a week. Here I have been off my only foot for a month and I am getting cabin fever. Thank goodness my mom comes and brings me groceries we'll hang out here and my dad comes over with her as well sometimes.
