Number 5: Smart Automated Medication Dispenser
The Pria automatic medication dispenser is a sturdy device that gives new life into the staid designs of automatic medication dispensers. With its adorable stature and charming LED facial expressions, Pria is flowing with personality.
Pria's pill wheel has 28 compartments, which means it can hold up to 28 days' worth of medication.
You will receive access to the Pria app as part of your Pria subscription. You can enter your medication schedule as well as other useful reminders such as doctor appointments or social events using this tool.
Additionally, it includes a voice-activated feature that enables users to easily interact with the device to set reminders or check the outside weather.
    Number 4: e-Pill 4 Alarm Pocket
The e-pill Vibrating Pocket Pillbox is a dose reminder box that features audio vibration alarms. On the back of the dispenser, there are four compartments for dispensing.
With each compartment holding approximately eight pills, this equates to a maximum of 32 doses, or a month's worth of once-a-day pills or slightly more than a week's worth of four daily pills.
Alarms can be snoozed for four or eight minutes if the timing isn’t convenient.
The compact box is truly portable, fitting easily into a pocket or handbag. This is ideal for those who travel and require easy access to their medications.
One downside we found is that if you have more than one medication, four compartments might not be enough.
    Number 3: TabTime Super 8
The TabTime Super 8 is a reasonably priced device that features an audible alert with volume control and a flashing light.
This electronic pill dispenser includes eight built-in alarms to ensure that you never miss another dose.
The opening mechanism is cleverly designed with a magnetic clasp to make it easy for those with hand tremors to operate. Once opened, the alarm immediately stops without any other command.
With eight compartments each holding up to five pills, this dispenser can accommodate a complicated daily routine or a much simpler once-a-week pattern.
This pill dispenser fits comfortably in a pocket or hand luggage, making it ideal for those who travel or relocate frequently.
One drawback we found is that the small compartments might be an insufficient size for some. But at its reasonable price, this pill dispenser gets the job done.
Number 2: Med-E-Lert Premium Locking Automatic Pill Dispenser
The Med-E-Lert Automatic Pill Dispenser is equipped with a tamper-resistant, lock-and-key system to prevent unauthorized tampering and an easy-to-use interface, making it the ideal solution for anyone who requires assistance adhering to their medication and supplement regimen.
With 28 spacious compartments, the motorized mechanism will reveal a new compartment with the appropriate content programmed for that specific time and date each time the alarm sounds.
It features programmable alarms, with three separate alarm tones to meet your preferences, which can be set up to six times a day.
By providing a customer barrel key, the Med-E-Lert helps to minimize theft and tampering.
The only downside we see is that some users are having trouble programming this dispenser. However, once you have completed the program, it will provide you with a medication reminder as well as an automatic dispenser in one.
Number 1: LiveFine Automatic Pill Dispenser
The LiveFine Automatic Pill Dispenser can hold up to 18 aspirin-sized pills in each of its 28 compartments, allowing it to easily handle a full monthly cycle or more complicated daily plans.
An alarm can be set to take medication up to six times per day, after which the act of dispensing is turned off. It's all very simple, and LiveFine includes six useful templates that you can use to show what time period each compartment represents.
Simply fill the large compartments and use the easy-to-read LCD to program a detailed schedule. The improved display makes reading easier, and a built-in magnifier allows for a closer look at dosage information to ensure accuracy.
This dispenser also features flashing lights and loud beeps to ensure you never miss or mistake a dosage.

I wish they have a simple clear 28-slots dispenser that drops pills to a box (like pria, but simpler). Ive been looking everywhere but couldnt find one.

The list is so accurate that includes manual pill dispensers/holders… attaching an alarm to a pill holder does not an automatic pill dispensar make
