that is the one of the disadvantages of buying in online once the items from other seller it means not direct from philips the warranty is very hard to get it until you fed up. i bought mine in Hypermarket till now i dont get any problem and the battery is long lasting , after 1 month i re charge the battery.

hi thank you foe your message, Cleaning Just wash it normal but if you want to soak to warm water you can. only the plastic pipe to clean.

I think they gave you defective one, because it's really long last thing battery 4 weeks before I charge it

Don't remove the white plastic from the top of your water bottle. Just push in the centre and then your water pump will sit better on top.
Yeah Because it's our first time ,when I tried I thought its not stable that's why I removed, but after that I didn't remove the cover😚

Maybe that's Factory Defect, and that one you can get warranty, send it to service centre, mine still working fine almost 9 months with me now.
