For info, ubuntu and kali are flavour of debian linux kernel, so they have to be similar. You can observe that terminal commands are the same but they differ from redhat and fedora flavour of linux.

Check the boot manager. Here you might see the windows 11 boot option

Recuva is for windows only. So you first install windows then use recuva to recover the photo videos files etc

Or you can go to boot menu and boot it from there by this after restarting your device you are going to boot into windows
