The roof story is similar to what happened to me twice,
I was sleeping in my room,then most of it was a blur,but my mom told me next morning that I had slept walked all the way to the screen door and I went outside! Luckily my mom caught me…another story is once my dad went to get a midnight snack then he looked at me and I was sitting,he said I pointed to the clock and said “look at all the decorations” then he said I fell back to the couch.the 2nd one isn’t that similar but it still freaked me out.
