    I love my Roger smart charger , it works so well and easy to use! I was stupid enough to plug in my charger wrong and popped my fuse on my Master. Roger talked me through it and was so helpful, answering any questions about euc that I had. Support Roger, the guy is awesome !😃
    Great vid Marty! 😄

    Mental. Good on Imno for designing a decent charge system that can actually take near what the batts are actually capable of. Roger mentioned charging his EX30 at 18A too, I presume thats with his charge board bypass mod?

    • @ElectricUnicycles
      @ElectricUnicycles  11 месяцев назад +1

      Yes, the Begode wheels need to have the distribution bypass to charge higher that ~14-amps (and less on other wheels).

    • @planemo191
      @planemo191 11 месяцев назад

      @@ElectricUnicycles thanks. So have you actually managed to charge an EX30 at 14A without a charge board bypass?

    So 620 watts charged in 20 min approximately. Impressive. 18 or 19 miles added? Do any EUCs allow DC charging? Just wondering if you had a powerwall at home.

    I’m curious to know whether charging at the same current, is the fan speed noise reduced substantially at 220v versus 110v AC input?

    • @ElectricUnicycles
      @ElectricUnicycles  2 месяца назад

      Generally, yes. Given the same current output to the wheel, the charge runs much cooler and often quieter when plugged into a 220-volt outlet.

    • @ElectricUnicycles
      @ElectricUnicycles  11 месяцев назад +2

      18-amps divided by the number of cells in this wheel is not much per cell. Inmotion designed it to support fast charging.

    • @TheDownloader86
      @TheDownloader86 11 месяцев назад +1

      @@ElectricUnicycles it is divided only by number of cells in paralel and that is 4. And 4.5A is almost at the edge of maximum recommended continuous charging current which is 1C - about 4,9 A.
