Gaurav is born with 3 arms as a result of a very rare birth condition called parasitic twin. This is the result of the processes that also produce vanishing twins and conjoined twins, and may represent a continuum between the two. Parasitic twins occur when a twin embryo begins developing in utero, but the pair does not fully separate, and one embryo maintains dominant development at the expense of its twin.

It need not be a parasitic twin.
It may be a duplication of the right arm limb-bud, as with the Chinese boy Jie-jie, who was born with two left arms, one dorsal to the other.
Or, most likely, as our arms and legs are derived from the pectoral and pelvic fins of our fish ancestors, this case might be a rare stray atavistic revival of a dorsal fin. It is likely notomelia: see en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Notomelia . Notomelia in Angus cattle is common enough to be of concern to farmers.
