Crosswind Landings glad you like it, I have a lot of Moo accessories to review too (the notebooks/card holders etc), and want to do a better presentation, got any suggestions of what you'd like to see/know about them?
Thanks, hope you used the code to get some money off! If interested in more I just reviewed the moo mosaic frame and showcase card holder ruclips.net/video/dzEGlhFkW3A/видео.html
Thanks for the review! I love the idea of the Luxe cards, but I don't like how limited they are from a feature standpoint. I'll probably stick with standard matte or glossy cards (especially given how expensive the Luxe cards are). Great review.
A friend got some luxe cards, they are really thick and feel good and important! BUT I just put his card into my trouser pocket and forgot about it for the day or two, when I took it out the next day or so it was completely destroyed with the paper front and back peeling back leaving the thick card centre. This hasn't happened with the standard cards at all, at worst some creases may occur.
Uh oh...I appreciate the heads-up on this, but I still put in an order for some mini Luxe cards. We'll see if they flake apart. If people wind up not digging them (not just the Luxe print method, but also the mini cards' size), I'll wind up going with more traditional cards in my next batch. Thanks again for the info!
Hey how did the luxe work out? And the mini cards? I just reviewed the mini card mosaic frame if you wanted to see ruclips.net/video/dzEGlhFkW3A/видео.html
I think the photo used on their card is of artichokes but what a great idea for a brewery business. Photos of Hop Flowers, Roasted Malts and shots of their ales.
The luxe is thick Ive read, how thick compared to a regular business card? And is Moo's original cars thick? or sturdy compared to a card from say vistaprint ?
I used vista print for 2 prints, the first print was ok, but cost me nearly £50 for a glossy print on one side, the 2nd print run, I didn't need glossy and the cards sucked flimsy and misaligned prints. The Luxe cards are REALLY thick like 3 good quality business cards glued together, but I'm not sure if the 'first generation' were worth it, a friend gave me one and I put the card in my jeans pocket, a day of walking around in British weather later the card was splitting apart and peeling, whereas standard business card is still in a good readable quality, I think they've changed the process a little bit since then and I'm attempting to get some more Moo Products to review for everyone here.
Sure thing, I placed my order Wednesday at 5:05 PM, had confirmation of order straight away and estimated delivery of Tuesday. Confirmation of dispatch Thursday 8:21 AM, They arrived on the Monday. That was all for their free sample and dispatch, I believe they do premium priority shipping options too. Once I've ordered my cards I'll place a referral link in the description which can get you a bit of a discount too :)
Nice, straightforward review, Nile. I'm waiting for my sample pack of Moo Luxe cards at the moment.
