I actually love this Home, and if I hit the Lottery I’d buy it in a New York second. Really like all the Fruit trees and vegetables that are grown there. Kinda shocked it’s still available
I live not too far from here. This house may have cost that much, but the days of someone wanting this kind of thing are long, long gone. if it sells at all it will go for closer to $7 million vs. current list price of $16 million
With all the attention to detail and incredible craftsmanship it almost sounds or looks like the work it probably must have took to build one of King Solomon's palaces...
The home is beautiful. I just have one problem with it. Why do some people choose to build such a massive home on a postage stamp lot. A home like this should be on at least 20 acres or more.
a magnificent winter residence. one of the top homes in the country at any price in my opinion, the stone and marble work is absolutely incredible. bravo. why is this home called Casa Oso Negro, house of the black bear? who was this house built for originally? i've heard an american football player, is this true?
Big is not always better - I was NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED - There are serious issues of scale in this house. So many of the spaces lack human scale and feel very "warehousy" - There are many misses in the treatment of surfaces and so much just looks gimmicky. - I give it a C minus
Also the video went into a lot of detail. In person, it is a truly amazing luxury home. Regardless of layout, it is especially impressive is the details throughout and the materials that were used.
the grounds and seclusion are absolutely fantastic. if i were to wake up in the pool area, arizona would be the last place that i'd guess as to where i was. everything else seems like an ostentatious exhibition of..."see what i did?", with poor attention to sensibility. just seems like someone said, i have $20M that i want to spend, so make sure that there's no surplus left over from my budget.
This was one incredible work of art! ❤❤❤❤
Wow. 9 years to build?! That's a very long time. The home isn't my cup of tea but it is beautiful.
My future winter home.
We can make that happen. It is truly a beautiful luxury home. Thank you for the comment.
Not my usual cup of tea...but wow...Its growing on me more and more. It just has this charm I cant describe.
This house gives me kings landing vibes mixed with dorne. I absolutely love love the architecture!

Loved creating this! Such a cool experience. Thank you Alan!
what does it take a staff of 12?
Impressive
Sweet. 😎😎😎
How much parking,
There is an entire courtyard area for parking plus a huge garage that will allow for several cars to be parked.

begins with worst music ever...
Only because you can build it, should you. I don't mind old homes but this looks dated.
