The song is basically about Sauti Sol introducing the artistes in their label to the world hence 'extravaganza' which is them basically showcasing the different acts. The lyrics emphasize that they are here to stay and despite any opposition they face, they'll still make it and rule the airwaves case in point the song which has used Rhumba which is generally and old school kind of vibe but have still made it trend and resonate with today's audience, despite that sound not being as popular as it was 20+ years ago in Kenya.
I think it is also just about how open people are to the vibes of a song. Other people like TFLA and Mansa Mayne are much more enthusiastic about Kenyan music than Ubunifu
Crystal was diagnosed with glaucoma (degenerative eye disease) at the age of 16 - That's why her eyes look like that. The song is like an intro of their Sol Generation signees Bensoul, Crystal Asige, Kaskazini band and Nviiri. Cheers from Mombasa.
I feel like this one was out of your ways guys, judging from your reactions. This one was hard.Your parents (no offence) would understand or rate it better. It's not high life, it's rhumba/rumba.Do some research on the Congolese music, only then will you be able to understand Extravaganza. Diamond and Fally ipupa (Inama) released the same just the other day. Also someone has already mentioned what crystal is suffering from hence her eyes looking bluish, glaucoma. Maybe you should do some research on these artists before reacting to their songs, it will help avoid comment like "her eyes look scary". Also, the subtitle on the song is misleading, turn it off. Extravaganza is timeless.

The genre is Rhumba.. But funkie Rhumba. Extravaganza is the old skul musical extravaganza we used to have that would showcase different artists think of it like Apollo. In response to the crystal comment we was not aware prior to reacting, we have only just realised as people have let us know in the comments since the video was released. I feel there is an unrealistic expectation, that we must know every aspect about every song and artist before we react, the key word is 'react' Unlike a 'review' where you have all the information available to you and you sit down and have in depth discussion about the topic. We react to whats been put in front of us without any prior information other than the name of the song or brief information on the title of the song. This has been the same since our first reaction to "Gudi Gudi", upto now and the same applies to whatever region we react to whether it be Zimbabwe, France, Brazil, Nigeria, South Africa etc the same rules apply. Now in a situation like this sometimes something wrong can be said, but it was not to cause any offence as we had no Idea and we can only apologise if we did cause offence, but also please do remember we had no idea while reacting.
