These individuals will stay in Rwanda while their application is being reviewed. The third category includes those who have already received permission to stay in the UK as asylum seekers. They will be offered £3,000 by the Home Office to go to Rwanda. This law will also come into effect in the future. If the first category is successful, laws for the second and third categories will follow. As of now, only the first category of asylum seekers will receive letters from the Home Office instructing them to relocate to Rwanda. The second and third category asylum seekers will receive letters in the future. Suppose you consult a Bengali solicitor regarding your asylum application. They may express 100% confidence in your case, but this could be solely for their financial gain. However, if the home office catches the applicant, there may be limited recourse.
