I don’t really have a meal plan. Because I want this to be my lifestyle I try to eat balanced meals so protein, carbs and fats at every meal. I also practice portion control Personally I love green and salads so I make sure to load up on that 😉
@@PalesaM1 Thanks I'm also doing that but the weight is so slow like I loose 1 or 2 a month, I used to be in no carb diet it worked well until you go back to carbs gain back all the weight.
