Water economics is not a problem. The white people too practice it, most whites bath once at night only It is the cold weather, you don't sweat as much as in Africa. Even in Ghana self finding tap water to flow continuously is a problem in most areas. I have stayed in Hotels in Accra and Kumasi where the taps are dry! Bathing once a day can become normal in abroad if you have lived here for 30+ years.
