I was 302 pounds in 2022 I am now 185 at 5”11 and have been maintaining it for about a year. It was not easy I was down to 165 and found that I couldn’t maintain that low. It was too taxing I felt drained. It’s all about finding a balance of “healthy “ foods and “ junk “ they can both be mutually inclusive. It’s a long process but worth it very bit.
@@31TV_TX you'd think so! I've found it very hard to gain weight, I think alot of it depends on genetics. I have to eat like 3100 calories a day to gain and I don't move at all except for my workouts 4x a week
@yaboiavery5986 oh, no, I meant change the emojis I use on my other channel from pizza to apples bc I'm eating healthier. And yeah, it's pretty simple math, i had a 600 calorie deficit today and still felt good, I call that a win!
If you’re fine with meat you can make pretty healthy meals with chicken breast or steak and seasoning. You can really lose weight quick if you do a carnivore diet but that’s not always in the budget or timeline
You can do it! Just remember it took a long time to gain the weight, it will take a while to lose it.

But always remember: Losing weight is math and thermodynamics, if you consume less, you WILL lose weight
I am 100% doing it that way! I have an app and I'm calorie counting. Making a game out of it, lol
