Watched a 50min video from Queens to Manhattan and jumped to this straight after it. Although I live in Finland, the change of scenery so fast between the two videos of same purpose hit hard. The change of NYC urban area to the rural and empty mountain sides is astonishing. Great vid!

Amazing video! Even more amazing was it took over 7 minutes before the first sign of life and then just over 25 minutes until we see the first driving vehicle!!! I was beginning to think the world was deserted!
After I saw how beautiful it is here I began to notice you were driving relatively fast on a frozen road of ice. I was getting worried.
Hehe I was the one driving, and being from here I am used to these conditions 😁
😅 I thought the same thing. If this was Northern California- where we get snow just like this every winter- schools would be canceled, powers out, cars sliding all over the roads and plied up on the side…lol. No one there knows how to handle snow. I’m sure in Norway it’s just second nature. Their tires must be well equipped for icy roads.

@@phillipbanes5484I too sometimes talk too assuredly about things I don't know anything about. I don't mean to, it just happens. And then I come out of it looking more stupid than I really am. I guess it happens to all of us.
With the right equipment it’s not a problem. I’ve driven an old Hyundai Coupe on a snow covered frozen lake in Sweden on studded tyres at speed and it was completely controllable, no cliff edge to drive over though 😅
We came back to the winter. Norwegian mountains, beautiful landscapes, magical lakes, wonderful long and winding road. It was so beautiful and amazing travel! Thank you very much! Takk skal du ha!
