WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT. SO WAIT. Lemme see. In the first chapter, when Mark was killed, there was no Colonel to be found. Then when we go and find the colonel, Mark's body ends up missing. Then in this chapter, the Colonel says, "I will not be called a murderer in my own home!" And if you look through the last two chapters, Mark and the Colonel aren't in the same room, or on camera together. So I think that Mark never actually died, and that the Colonel IS Mark!

Oh boy. Where to start.
So there's a pretty good chance it was Damien. He stayed behind toward the end and seemed pretty focused on being with Selene.
As for Selene, I'm uncertain whether it's her, despite the ending. She's certainly wonky, no doubt about that, but she also seems very cautious. She keeps telling everyone to refrain from saying 'murder' and believes this story is only a part of the full occurrence.
George the groundskeeper was clearly unknown to both the Butler and the Detective. That may sound suspicious, but remember he says he's not gone in the manor for 15 years and he's not going to give up that "winning streak," hinting that some greater force lies within the building, be it Markiplier or some other person.
Now, the fans have been theorizing about whether or not the Colonel and Damien are Wilford Warfstache and Darkiplier, respectively. While we don't have any evidence for Wilford, we do have a possible clue at the very end: the lights. Every time Darkiplier has appeared since his return in A Date with Markiplier, the lights have turned to very specific colors. The middle of everything looks grayscale while the left and right sides of everything look blue and red. As we run up the stairs to find Selene, the whole video takes on this appearance.
Now, Mark has stated in the past that it's very hard for him to create these Darkiplier scenes, so the fact that the same lights show up here can't just be a coincidence. If you brighten the channel's current profile image, you even get a picture of what looks like Darkiplier! Not to mention the light coming from behind Selene, the fact that Damien is only wearing black (fancy, tidy black, I might add), and I think I heard someone say Damien was the name Dark uses when posing as a human. Very incriminating evidence, but we may need more still.
I'm almost certain the Detective, Butler, and Chef are okay. We still don't know a whole lot about ourselves yet, so I think I'll need to wait for Part 4 on the 13th (don't think I didn't notice that, Mark).
There is also a chance Markiplier is still alive. Just keep that in mind.
Wow. I've never really paid attention to the things about Darkiplier, so those are some really good catches. I never even paid attention to Mark's profile picture having been changed.

And also the Detective, at least as I see it, feels quilty for every of his partners' deaths (i dunno, i just see that scene as praying and saying sorry to all of them). Unfortunately, I can't listen close enough to what Jim says at that moment, but I think it'not as important as the fact that he's also involved in spirit-related stuff. And he's also so obsessed with revealing the truth... I would say, to the point where it's unhealthy.
