I’ve never had a youtube series that I drop everything to watch the second it comes out. Killer content as always
That’s hugely appreciated. Thanks for the support!
Same. I wait for every episode!
Just as I finished the episode I was thinking the same thing. Amazing work.
I used to do this with MCM and Binky. Now I only do it with Binky, M539... And Mike!!
Same...I wish the episodes were longer!
One thing a lot of builders forget or don’t know to add is a liquids spill shield.
This is usually a very thin bit of aluminium or high temp plastic that catches and redirects fluids from burst hoses or fittings away from hot things and the tires. They help prevent fires and crashes.
I wait desperately for Tuesdays and Thursdays now instead of weekends lol
Dude, get a life...oh wait that's my life too :/
Honestly, I do too! I have a blast hopping in the comments and interacting.
@@GM-fh5jp haha what los… oh yeah you got a point
Mike and Glovehand going over all of it. That's why I watch this chanel. The guy is even able to admit the things he is not good at (welding aluminium). It is sooooo cool to see every part and the reason they are in this project.
The welds on that swirl tank are incredibly well made …! 5:42
Great to see you at the stage where you seem to make loads of progress quickly. Planning and perfection pay off in the long term, it’s looking awesome 👏
Been following since the second episode and always looking forward to a new episode, long or short.
308's are just car design royalty and seeing how you are turning up the capability of this sweet ride is very interesting.
Thank you.
I always have such a good laugh when this project gets posted on some high profile social media page and a bunch of old dudes come out very angry with pitchforks to say how you "rUiNeD" a Ferrari with a Honda engine 🤣🤣🤣 Keep up the great work! I really love this build! 😁
Currently my fav series on YT
The work you are putting in is on another level. This has become one of my favorite car build series and car builds in general. With you adding all these things is bringing us way closer to the end game. I am so, so excited to see it.
Man you've killed it on the production and work on this build
Hard to believe you have under 70k subscribers... Great videos! Thank you for taking us along for the build.
i often find my self needing more informations when i watch other youtube videos, but yours is amazing, i learn alot thanks to you
Hondararri days are the best days! I'm not quite sure what I'm going to do when this build is complete, but I'm enjoying the ride there!
Ferronda is coming along great. Love it. Great work
Ferronda or Hondarri?
Exquisite workmanship man, I've been following this build for a few months now (it showed in my analytics when you welded the exhaust) and I cannot wait until this beast is awakened....
The first thing I do when I get to the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays is watch this channel. Excellent build and the videos just keep getting better. Well done and keep it up.
Only reason I log into youtube now and days. She's coming along. Great job!
On top of having awesome content, the music you chose is on point. Thanks for not choosing standard intros, looking forward to the next episode!
Started watching about a month ago. Amazing build and great content quality. You've made a subscriber for life!
Dry sumps are why Ferraris are the best exotic car makers!
Dude I don't really follow someone's build thread. Just not my thing...that being said, I cannot express how excited I am to see this complete :) Your gifts and talents are so evident and I have truly enjoyed being a small part of seeing this come together
Your TIG skills are now Excellent ! 👍
What to say: OMG what a nice 308 GTB. And your videos are nice and relaxing to watch. looking forward to the next.
That intro music was pure 🔥
The outro music too 🤯
Episodes are getting better and better! I mean video, blabla cut to necessary minimum, and the best ones: PROGRESS is going to the moon, built is going to the point when you can see all of the good stuff coming together. It is gonna be so much better with every episode! Keep up the great work Mike!
Wow man, there is so much information in this episode. I look down at my phone for 2 seconds and need to rewind. I really appreciate you highlighting every part and the “why”. I know a lot about cars but there’s always more to learn
The power of the Modelo did what was necessary!
Gr8 news on the drysump pickups being down in the back side 👊🙌🇺🇲
Congrats on 60 episodes! Here's to another 60 (all control arms obviously! Jk). Love the content as always and can't wait to see this thing hit the track eventually.
A Ferrari….that you could actually drive and enjoy? How crazy is that! GREAT JOB SO FAR👍
Awesome intro Mike!! Lot's of eye candy... I mean, this build, videos and information sharing is pretty much "automotive enthusiast glucose" in the vein.
That Starrett automatic center punch is one of my favorite tools to use and I’m always surprised how often I use it!
Loving the methodical approach Mike - shows your experience.
Slow and steady wins the race, looks and functionality are paramount in this build 🔥👌
That’s what I’m gonna tell myself when the car turns out to be slow around a track 🤣
This was an awesome episode! So much progress and so many new parts! Love it, keep it up!
This has become my go to build to watch. Digging the consistent updates and level of skill you have building something badass and unique that YOU enjoy. I was hooked at "Honda powered Ferrari" and I'm not even a Honda guy but, it just makes sense.
Massive update, first start draws ever nearer 😎
Awesome content, love this build. Thanks!!
Being here since day one ! From Quebec Canada.
Amazing work, you are very thorough and following this project is a real pleasure. Keep it up ! Can't wait to see and hear it go around a track and in the streets !
Incredible series! I’ve been watching from the first episode and it keeps getting better
Cant wait till you fire the car up!! You actually gave me some confidence to work on my own cars more. I dont have near the equipment/tools you have but I feel like I can do it. Still this is a very underrated channel! Next step is new coilers for my K24 Exige.
You CAN do it! Dive in.
By far my favourite channel! This is the best build show, great job!
Great episode! Keep em coming!
Can't wait to see this bad boy on the hoonigan channel!
You know you are doing something right when you have over 600 likes and no dislikes. I am so excited to hear this project start up. Lol. Great job so far.
Great video, really enjoyed it!
Love the chill intro music !
Crazy cool build buddy! Your voice is also super soothing and you explain everything so well!
Nice build! Can’t wait to see that thing fun!
Can't wait to see what you have planned for the exhaust.
So good man, loving the eps and the build! You've got the videography and mix of content styles nailed now 🔥
Really nice channel to follow! This will be a monster of a car!!!
Absolutely talented bro! Awesome vision, two icons brought together in a very unique build. I'm anxiously waiting for the end product. Well done, gonna be a ripper! Two thumbs up from sunny South Africa.
Nice job and the very good parts
This car is going to knock some socks off!
This buils is getting better by the day !!!!! Cheers dude !!!
loving all the billet bits, loving the videography, think you've nailed it.
that water routing system is very cool (scuse the pun)
Grate Episode loving the content thumbs up
Man I don’t know what’s better looking. Boostedboiz Kyle’s pro Jay manifold or your carbon. Everything is looking fantastic
With all the effort going into this build I PRAY you redo that upper alternator bracket
What’s wrong with it?
So excited for Tuesday’s now
Unique build can't wait to see it rolling 👍
Subscribing today.
Phenomenal content and even better video editing. Pace is perfect. Keep em episodes comin'
Getting proper fancy now!! Coming along nicely great work as usual, this is a really well thought out project
Love the details, could even be more!
Looking good man!!
So excited to see this build completed! I haven’t been there since the beginning, but it’s definitely the most interesting build on RUclips at the moment! Seeing the whole process in this much detail makes it feel as if I’m a part of the process despite the fact that I’m just sitting in a chair the whole time
You guys ARE a part of the process though! Remember that. I read every single comment!
Great stuff as always. Always makes me want to get in the garage.
When that engine bay is painted up this is going to look epic..
👍👍
Nice job dude i think is a pretty solid setup
That welding 😮😍
The Ktuned engine parts look sick! I’ve always hated the look of the factory dip stick
That pointer finger is hilarious
Here to help the algorithm. Let’s dive right in…shiny new parts.
Very cool Mike
#stancework a very well done job, needs to be featured at SEMA... You got my vote✊
Smooth Modelo sponsorship at the beginning.
Those catch can lids always look like a smiley face to me! : ) nice parts Mike, and your Welding is looking great.
Even if the dry sump is designed like that, it's not the best in my opinion: it means that in stationary conditions (No lateral G forces) the engine needs that level of oil to reach the scavenging pump, that also means that in the basement the oil reaches the crankshaft. One of the main reason for dry sump is removing oil from the shaft to avoid loss of energy and oil mixing. The second main reason is running high G without a lot of oil, with the pump placed behind the engine the oil level required is noticeably lower. I'm typing this just beacuse this build is really well done on all the technical aspects, hope this can help.
I appreciate the thoughts, but with all due respect, I am sure Bill Dailey of all people has it figured out. Dailey is a top name in dry sump, and I confirmed with him that with this system, the angle of the engine genuinely doesn’t matter.
this is nuts!
Best build on the net right now :)
Good job
Damn. Nice work kid.
Man..your welding skills are Epic..👏👏👏💯
Love your channel keep it up ❤
looking good man. keep it up, Please.
Yay!!!! Bracketry!!!!
Uncle Binky loves you.
LoL
Product placement in the opening shot?
Hope you get sponsorship offers! 👍🏻🍺🇦🇺
Hey love the build , never into Ferrari nor Honda but I’m totally digging everything your doing , and I’m sure you heard about the yellow , not my thing but I can appreciate your style
Keep going.. awesome 👍
Quick suggestion, when you speak into your microphone, get a "Pop Filter"' because the pops from your vocals can be super loud when listening on higher volume.
Looking good
I can see the start of the motor on the horizon, looking forward to next episode
Looking nice
Man this channel has me confused, I can’t wait to see how this car turns out, also can’t wait to watch every little detail of the process and to make matters worse I can’t wait to find out what the next insane build is going to be!
Love this
Looking at the tank sitting on the table, "oh, that's not bad."
Looking at the tank in the car, "that is monstrous!"
On the bench I thought, man, that's tiny. Then he said 2 gallons and I still couldn't see how it could hold that. Then in the engine bay, the scale became clear.
Oh man I'm hooked!! Lol
Hey man I just subscribed, I love what your doing!! It’s inspiring to work on my Mk5 Gti
