The first 10 something of bts video is about how they cast each character and the reading, then after that they post bts of each episode. One episode consist of 2 part bts video. In the series we usually saw the scene from Gyeoul point of view (POV) thus make us blind about Jongwon side of story and create the excitement but also anxiousness of the ship since so little Jongwon reaction came. But in behind the scene it is more elaborated because they show Jongwon pov too. You can get more of his side of story in that. And hopefully will answer your question more.
I recommend to watch the entire season 1 and to focus on Winter Garden scene. Actually Jeongwon shows his "interest" in Gyeoul in a very subtle way. Like he doesnt even realize he care abt Gyeoul.
