where can i get a call log of extensions/lines. for instance: Print out or view incoming and outgoing calls for ext: XXXX between 12/20/16 and 12/22/16. is there anywhere else besides the one X portal? i have Ip office R8.1 and the system status tool. im new to avaya and learning the hard way.
