Can you please do "what I eat in a day" videos? I really want to know how and what I can/should eat now I'm almost 50 and in perimenopause. Just started getting hotflashes and nightsweats. 🤗

Hi- I'm testing out intermittent fasting. I can make it 12 hrs no problem but the 16 sometimes can be a challenge. Do you also use IF and how does this shake fit into that? thanks! Love all your videos!!
I do IF and this is usually the first thing I have each day… I stop eating at 8pm (latest) and I have this at noon… i Do drink black coffee in the AM and some days if I work out I cut it back to 14 hours. :)

I'm eating two bigger meals in day (9am and 17 pm) and then fasting, and I take enough protein in those two meals (and very low carb, just from green vegies and some seeds and nuts), but I think maybe this plan isn't very good for us women in menopause because of stress, cortisol etc...maybe we must have shorter period of fasting and three smaller meals instead of two bigger. But I used to this my plan and it 's hard to change it, and I 'm afraid that more meals will spike insulin too much.
This is good advice. We women need to embrace our age & the changes our bodies go through as we grow older

I love the idea of a healthy snack bar set up away from the pantry where my son’s cookies reside.

Please tell me how many meals do you eat in your eating window?
i eat 3x 12pm / 3pm (more of snack but protein heavy) and dinner 715-730pm (after work)
