This is so darn smart! I looked at the photo albums the other day. I’d already ordered a leather personal size. Of course it was $62.00 and larger than the measurements said. Jsmh!! I’m going to start following my first mind. You did an awesome job.
You can use the sleeves as pockets on the inside of your TN inserts or mini Happy planner covers. I have also used them as pockets for project life cards or scripture cards and made them shakers then sewed them closed
Loved this tutorial! Such a creative idea! You could also even trim down the extra sleeves (from the top of course) and then use double-stick tape to adhere it to a dashboard for your planner to use for little journal cards or decorative die cuts.
Wow!!...I had bought a few of these albums from DT because I had seen someone else do something similar but nothing like your style! So glad I found you and now I’m a new subscriber!! Excited to try them now! TSMFS
Thanks for your comment! Yes, you could, I thought about putting some sequins in, but you would need to slice it open carefully and then seal it back up somehow.
I use those inserts to store my smaller sized clear stamps in, in my filing system. I buy the better clear envelopes for my better clear stamps but my cheaper small stamps, I just use these and they are the perfect size. Can also store stickers in them.
They are called pen holder clip. I have made many of them for gel pens on journals. I just looked it up. Rey easy to make. Use E6000 glue, double fold elastic and small binder clips.
I used to find small ones at Walmart. they were 5.5 x 4 inches. I haven't been able to find them lately. Dollar tree sells some that are 3'5x6. they have a plain colored plastic cover.
LAminating sequins is soo easy! you just need a laminating machine. and you put some sequins in the laminating ouch and run them through! That's it! Maybe I will make a video:)
If its to long for you move on and watch another video instead of complaining.... Whining about it being long is not going to make it speed up, she's not forcing you to watch this.
I'm going to make these for Stocking stuffers for Christmas gifts! Thank you for the idea!
So creative. I’m going to try this. Thx. ❤

Thanks so much! I wish they would get more of the notebooks in at dollar tree, but you can sometimes find that size at tj maxx, ross or marshalls.

Photo sleeves could be used for pressing flowers.
I’ve never tried it, but it is an idea.
Great idea, Thanks!
Could you add something to the clear plastic on the front and back? Super cute!
Thanks for your comment! Yes, you could, I thought about putting some sequins in, but you would need to slice it open carefully and then seal it back up somehow.
Hi, great video, super cute. Was not able to find how you made those acrylic "dots" as decorations, can you help direct me. thanks

Thanks so much! I just haven't gotten the traveler's notebooks listed, but I will do that tomorrow If you are still interested.
I like these and I’m interested in making them so I’m guessing once you make these you treat it as a journal and add your memories and such too it
Thanks for your comment Valorie! Yes. I actually use it as a planner and a journal. I keep lots of notes in it as well.
Do you have a tutorial on your pen loop. Great idea
Yes, I do actually😊 You can search" pen holder tutorial for traveler's notebook" on youtube and it will come up. Thanks for your comment!
❤❤❤
@@ChristinasSimpleBlessings Thanks for watching!
How do you make your pen holder? I've been searching on how to make my own.

Love these. Going to try them out. Where is your missionary friend going? Two year LDS mission?
Thanks so much for commenting Sylvia! Yes, My youngest son is serving a 2 year Mission in Las Vegas for The LDS church!
Love this idea. Great tutorial. New subie here.
Thank you so much! Great to have you💓
Use the picture pouches to hold some bookmarks, or pictures in the journal
Where did you get that double side tape?
What about the binder clip to hold the pen? Is it a special kind that's round?
You can use any binder clip!
I thought I saw a calendar in one of your notebooks. Do you have a source for the calendar?
I used to find small ones at Walmart. they were 5.5 x 4 inches. I haven't been able to find them lately. Dollar tree sells some that are 3'5x6. they have a plain colored plastic cover.
Do you know if you can still find supplies at dollar tree?
They don’t have them right now. I’m hoping to get them again soon!
They are on their website but you have to buy in bulk.
Nice video.
I can't get the note books from my dollar tree. what would it cost me if I got 5 set of note books sent to me
It would be nice if you can list the items name and where you get them🥰🥰🥰🥰
How did you laminate sequins ? And would like to see how you made your paper clips. So cute.
LAminating sequins is soo easy! you just need a laminating machine. and you put some sequins in the laminating ouch and run them through! That's it! Maybe I will make a video:)
@@tiffinyostler1might mess up your machine or air pockets
You can save the ripped out sleeves for your recipe cards, protectors.
Great idea! Thanks Barbara.
How do you add the pen holder?
I use a binder clip and hot glue a loop of elastic ribbon to it, there are tutorials to watch, just search pen holder for TN. Thanks for watching!
Very kind of keeping it low cost.
Thank you Mel!
Love this If you were to sell these, what would you price them? Tia
Thanks Angela, I did sell the samples I made for $24. Let me know If you're interested, I can make you one.
I could also make you a kit for about $15 that you could assemble.
@@tiffinyostler1 You're welcome, and thank you!
@@tiffinyostler1 Where can I email you?
tiffiny@digis.net
If you don't have doubleer sided tape it red tape what could you use to adhere the spine? Thanks
I would just keep the packaging tape larger instead of trimming it right along the edge, and tape it on
Does Dollar Tree have larger photo albums?
Why don’t you go check and let us know
Fold them in half and snip the end off one end to open it and make a mini scrapbook travelers notebook ????
You can buy clear vinyl at HL, Michael's or JoAnn's instead of buying the albums also
Shakers n or dividers..just add paper
❤TFS
I'm lost on this one!
Can you make me one. I don’t have that talent or time.
use pages taken out for pockets
😮 oh no all the rip out... You can use them in the book 😬
You cannot see half of what she is doing. Most of her work is below the camera.
It’s kind of hard to see cause your head is in the way
voice quality not so good (lots of mumbling)
You need to focus and not go off subject about other stuff.
So long
If its to long for you move on and watch another video instead of complaining.... Whining about it being long is not going to make it speed up, she's not forcing you to watch this.
Fast forward then
