I kind of love that 2nd Phase turns out to be less overwhelming as normally Sally likes to spam the Wind up toys. By that I mean since she can still use "Parasol Teleport", "Flying Kiss" she has lot more attacks to choose from resulting from the Wind up Toy attack to be less frequently used.
This fight to me has always been disappointing in the original Cuphead because of how easy it is. Now I read in the description that this fight is still the easiest Isle 3 boss in Master Quest? This boss seriously needs a few buffs if that is still the case.
This is because I wasn't playing on the latest version of the game. In older versions than 1.2, they don't show up in the background of the final phase, the mod doesn't change this
