They were also still coming up with better equipment back then. But the car was there forever cause in 2010 there was a rule that a car couldn’t be released from the pit if there was a car driving into pit lane within like 50 meters or something so they had to hold the car until the one driving down pit lane passed and entered their pit.

They could have refueled that car, adjusted the front wing and changed the spark plugs by the time they finally got all wheels off. And the best thing of all is that Hamilton's stop was somehow even slower...
My favorite part of f1 pit stops is when the f1 drivers do little burnouts after the stop to get out faster (especially when it's from an engine like a V8)
