Usually girl's with carrying angle near to 20° are passed on with a clean chit at AMP or RMB
The upper limit is 15° only , beyond it , you are rejected

Same question....although i asked some army doctors they said i you have very severe acne or serious skin disease then only you get TR....normal acne is fine
