- This special ANC 3/4G further discussed Zoning Commission case 23-25, took testimony from Chevy Chase business owners on Connecticut Avenue, and approved a resolution (6-0-1) calling on the Zoning Commission to revisit its handling of the case, to follow a contested as opposed to rulemaking procedure.
