I’m more focused by not being in the noisy office, more productive by not being interrupted by chatty coworkers, and more engaged due to being more relaxed and comfortable, and it is glorious!!
I just started a remote position which is my first job after college and I feel like I end up word vomiting so badly cause I want to connect and for ppl to think I’m friendly. Yet I also want to come off as professional enough to be trusted with projects. I’m so glad that It’s not abnormal and we all survive it. LOVE your videos and personality btw. You put my mind at ease

Mimi can you talk about how to further your UX/UI knowledge in between graduating a bootcamp and landing an actual job? Im stuck in the middle and feel like im losing my touch with designing since I cant land a job (no real-life practice since graduating the bootcamp).
Liz may i ask what bootcamp did you take?? Cuz I’m learning myself uxui with video and so much articles and design dchallenges
ha ha i once ordered salmon at a steak house and i never heard the end of it.
Remote company intros are always sooo awk lol def guilty of being that person that shares the least amount of things (because I hate sharing) & then judging others who share an autobiography of their life 😂
To be fair sometimes people take me to steak houses knowing I don't eat red meat 😂
