@Galacticbacon hey ,i saw in one of your video's you said you've been sick ,so first of all i hoop you feeling better and everything go's well for you ,i started playing a few weeks ago and your video's helped allot ,but i have a question ,in the middle of the screen there is a dot for aiming ,but how do i turn that on lol ,can't find it in settings , again hoop you doing good and thx for making this video's
Thanks to your awesome videos that help this beginner get up and running!! So, now that I'm feeling like a pro, how much attention shoud I pay to the "Recommended Rank" for missions? Also, can you review Rank, Alliances and Factions, etc? Thanks for the great content for new Commanders!!
I'm quite a novice myself and didn't pay any attention to rep for missions. However If you want to unlock engineers I recommend you look up Fox's guide and there are some factions you need rep with.
Glad to hear you survives the rona dude. Nasty stuff that. Big thanks for the video series. I played the original back on the C-64 and while the basics are the same, everything has improved massively. It was quite daunting to get into a game with so many controls, equipment options etc. Your series breaks down everything from the basics on up. Learning the ship systems would be almost impossible without a good guide. Just building a decent ship for a task would be almost impossible. I am finding the mining hauler to be a good versatile ship for getting started as it can do a range of missions without modification. Very good until I can build some specialised vessels. Your series is highly recommended to beginners.

Came back and became Elite when I sold the data. Now set up home at Jameson memorial which is the only place to consider if you played the original game.

If planetary surface anomalies are found, is there any benefit to landing when it comes to discovery? or would it simply be to pick up the materials as desired?

Pick a spot way out and keep going to it. You will find it's easier than you might think. Good luck!

Scan amonia worlds earth like words and water worlds, look up the road to riches.
