    Sup, josh! Thanks to you I have recently incorporated assault bike into my routine. I am now doing: 30 cal on assault, deadlift 235 x 10, and 10 box jumps for a total of 5 rounds. When I first started I clocked in at 25 minutes, as of yesterday I got it down to 17:46! Thanks to you, Josh! I Just wanted to pay 💰the man!! Thank you for motivating me!
