One of the most beautiful cities I have had the good fortune to visit 🙂🇸🇪
Some tips from a local. Meatballs for the people is great, but during busy season I've seen lines out the door of tourists. Instead go to any good quality swedish restaurant and have the meatballs. If you go to Tennstopet, Nomad or a myriad other places, they will have amzing balls. 😅.
No 2. Cinnamon buns are great, but you shpulyd try a good cardamom bun if you can. Its a cousin that is underappreciated, but sooo good.
Meatballs for the people is great if you want to wait in line, try unusual meatballs like bear, boar, or moose, but if you want the traditional ones, try places like Pelikan, Tranan, Tennstopet, Prinsen or Riche. Perhaps try Wallenbergare too, and not just meatballs, it's kinda similar, but bigger and with veal, and it's served with mash and lingonberries too.
Don’t go to meatballs for the people, instead go to Pelikan and try their meatballs (or any other food they serve), much better and not a tourist trap!

I recommend going to the IKEA museum but it’s not in Stockholm I don’t think so but IKEA museum is in Sweden

Fotografiska isn't a museum, though. If you want to visit a photography museum, you have to go to Nordiska museet or travel to Scania.

@@sarah87321 i mean it depends where you come from if you're from a big American city it's fine I'd say, again it really depends on who you are and how much you're willing to spend. I live (like 90% of Stockholmers) outside the city and whenever we go the city w friends or such we always make sure to have some money if we're eating out or buying something, like I said if you're a tourist you probably already have some money on you, most museums are pretty affordable, you can get a one week public transport card for pretty cheap and that'll take you all around Stockholm (even to Uppsala) so yeah I mean it's not the cheapest but certainly not the most expensive either (i recall having a transit in Zürich and buying a $20 SINGLE Burger King burger, NO fries OR drinks😭🙏🏾)
