A trip to mine HERKIMER 'DIAMONDS' Sept 2022

My family went to upstate New York to mine some Herkimer 'Diamonds', a specific type of quartz crystals from the area around Herkimer County

That looks like a fun place Dave. If we lived closer we'd definitely take a trip there with you. Very cool. We spent several summer vacations rock hounding in central Oregon when our kids were young.
