The Usual Suspects should have been on the list.
Kint isn't who he claim to be.
Kint played by Kevin Spacey, who was also Keyser Soze.
Kint attempts to convince the feds that the crime lord not only exists, but he was responsible for drawing Kint and killing his four partners into a multi-million dollar heist that ended with his frineds death.
He wasn't crippled and he made up the story from wanted poster, coffee mug and other things at the police station.
No old school movies or black and white movies
Citizen Cane, should have been on the list.
The end of the movie shows what Rosebud really was 🛷
Hi
Please do Top 20 Sexiest Male Video Game Characters!!
Yes
Eden Lakes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kelly Reily!!!!!!1
When Drew Barrymore bit the dust early on in Scream was a plot twist in my opinion
Yes I think so too because I thought she was going to live for at least half of the movie
Definitely. She was by far the biggest star advertised to be in it. Everybody thought she would be the main character
@@alioh7615 Right ?
Snuffing her so early was a weird flex.
But it isn't really a PLOT twist, they were just misleading with the advertising and everyone being accustomed to seeing drew Barrymore in the lead of whatever she's in was also to blame. It did subvert expectations but it don't qualify as a plot twist, in my personal opinion, everyone is entitled to their own.
@@dylanglaze990 I Agree! Feels like a plot twist but is more a shock factor for me. The marketing went smoothly with such a famous actress like Drew, and after 13 minutes in the movie she’s out in a way that feels sad and cruel. I don’t think there’s another scene from the series made with such care and smart from every choice. A lovely second would be Rose Mcgowan in Scream2 imo .
As for me "Oldboy" (2003) are more shocking then "Parasites".
Black Christmas wasn't a plot twist, we KNEW the caller was in the house, that was shown at the beginning. We saw the killer enter the house during the first 5 minutes, stay up there throughout the whole movie, and make the calls from the upstairs phone. None of this was a twist. Now, the same reveal from When A Stranger Calls, now THAT was a twist for the same scenario.
@BCTMB "No Billy, NO !!"
@BCTMB I was pretty young when this came out. But, I knew Margot Kidder was more my type than Olivia Hussey.
Which one was the guy who painted himself like the brick wall in her apt? Was that “when a stranger calls back”? Or also a babysitter movie had the guy calling from the house to ask her if she “checked on the kids”-do y’all remember? Evidently she had not! And some said there’s a 2nd line the guy was using but then we all figured out how to call our own self but I don’t remember how we did it, it wasn’t the operator-it was just a pattern you dialed on the phone but that’s only after push button was around. I don’t think it was rotary dial! Good grief! Who knows?!
How is Sleepaway Camp not anywhere on the horror list?
Exactly, I was looking for a comment like this.
@@eth0 I thought it was going to be #1
Watch mojo cocked it all up. That’s too nuts.
@@TheSebastianBastion I agree, that movie bordered on Skinamax, and I was way too young watching it. The ending still is bonkers. I haven't watched it since I was a kid.
Because this is a plot twist video not a horror video
I figured out Bruce Willis' character in Sixth Sense was dead by reading the movie description in TV Guide.
She clearly said for cinema goers in 1999….they didn’t read the tv guide my friend
The first Saw movie at the end was definitely a plot twist no one or most people didn't see coming
The game with Michael Douglas
Thank you for recognizing "Identity", which very rarely gets the recognition it deserves. It's an _incredible_ movie, and deserved
M Night Shyamalan would like to know your location.
😂
That's the reason why I love the movies
RIP ANTHONY PERKINS LEGEND [1932-1992]
THE END OF THE MIST ALWAYS GET ME! ALL THEY TO DO WAS WAIT A LIL WHILE LONGER SMH HORRIBLE!
I like these longer ones…I listen at work and can just let it play while I work😊
Jacob's Ladder was an awesome plot twister.
The Others, Frailty, Life, The Book Of Eli, and Drag Me To Hell were GREAT ones along with the ending of The Mist!!
The Departed- Leo getting shot coming out of that elevator.
One of my favorites was From Dusk Til' Dawn. The first time I watched it I had no idea what it was about so when the first person turned vampire I was like W:HAT?!!!!
Yeah there's a bunch but I think this focuses just on the horror genre so they didn't include The Departed or Usual Suspects etc...
I just watched Dusk Till Dawn today, love that movie
No Oldboy, The usual suspects, or Shawshank redemption??????
yeah The Ring is still my all time worst nightmare it taps into a childhood fear I had about someone climbing threw my window or from under the bed and when she came out of the TV I just had nightmares for a good month
Ender’s game is actually an extremely good film it’s sad that more people don’t see the story underneath the surface
The book was an absolute masterpiece when i read it as well, i love both the book and movie.
@@BrinkOfInfamy the book was amazing and casting asa butterfield was an absolute w
Eden Lake should have gotten a mention!!!!!!! That ending...
awesome video!
So did stu or billy kill Casey and Steve. It would make sense if stu did. But I remember how brutal billy was.
They both were there but idk if anyone has ever gone to the beginning of the franchise to assume the play by plays of which one did what where or to whom. So-as I understand it they were both involved with all of them even if it was just the scaring part. Idk who did more of the killing. Interesting thought because it was so freaky when we realized there were 2!!!! We saw it at the big theaters and it was so good! Still love how smart that movie was!
Someone has gone through every detail and posted a video of every detail of the Killers in Scream! He's on RUclips, CZs World is an amazing guy makes videos about every detail in horror films
There's a little seen film that has a twist ending to nearly rival Psycho. Salvage (2006) is a taut thriller/horror that has its roots in Groundhog Day. College student Claire wakes up every time with the knowledge that she will die.
Frailty is such a good movie, wished it got talked about more.
unless i just missed it, why isn't Kevin Costner's 1987 classic " No Way Out" on here? that was the biggest plot twist i've ever seen
Thanks for meaningful and valuable video as always ❤❤❤
She was a child playing an adult in Orphan too
It is unbelievable how great of a movie The Sting is!
So many amazing actors, each giving some of the best performances of their careers.
A near perfect movie!
Well, now my list of movies has grown
High Tension was hilarious for me. My partner was watching the movie and got to a scene where Marie was hiding in a room or closet or something in the main house while the "killer" walked around. I walked out of my office, looked at the tv for a few seconds, and went "oh, so she's the killer but just crazy?" and went back to the office.
I've still never actually watched High Tension. I tossed that out as a joke and ended up spoiling the twist by accident.
Black Christmas really shocked me at the twist…I saw it at the drive-in the first time I saw it. Yes…I’m old, and I’ve loved scary movies my whole life.
I also think of the twist at the end of The Sixth Sense as one that I loved a lot. And Shutter Island was good…I didn’t see that end coming…
Oh, the Japanese ring hits so much much at the end. When the protagonist realises everything she drives to somewhere, with the vcr next to her in the passenger's seat and she smiles slightly. This was creepy.
"No Luke. I an your father."
If there was one plot twist I did not see coming In Dune Part 2 Is that Paul and his Mom were related to the Harkonens!
Lets just list the same movies over and over for an hr and ½
I think you forgot to mention The Others, with Nicole Kidman. My mind was totally blown with that plot twist!
I stand corrected 😁 It is mentioned
Finally a long video
Thanks friend
This video is 1 hour that's impressive
Neve Campbell ❤ Queen❤
Yes
Why were all of them horror films? Gives me goosebumps
18:00 Man, Icy dead people are cold blooded and hard hearted.
Saw the Us twist coming within the first 5 minutes.
The Visit??? If you didn't guess the twist halfway through at the latest - it probably was your first movie.
Does any recall.....there was a lower/midbudget type movie about this Lesbian couple who were going away to this cabin because they were so in love, but it ended up this girl had many former lovers and she would take them there and kill them. She kicked her lover over a cliff and thought she was dead, but she didn't die and chase on was. The girl ended up killer the murder by putting something in her insulin shot. Anyone????
Seen a few but now gotta watch some more. Thank you ❤
I had to explain The Sixth Sense to my mama several times...lmbo
Orphan was a twist 😮 surprised
The Others ❤ love the movie and the plot twist is fantastic
You mean the aliens are allergic to water?
Top 10 greatest jekyll and hyde personality movie scenes
The host of this video kinda favors a younger looking cotton weary/liev schreiber from the scream movies.
The Others and Sixth Sense were my favorites of the ones I saw. I was totally unprepared for the endings.
High Tension number 1
The Heisei Gamera trilogy of 1995-2006 was excellent with very good SFX. It's on par with any of the Godzilla movies of that ear.
we getting surprised with this on!!
Here are some others that automatically come to mind.
1. American Psycho
2. Dead Silence
3. The Howling (when Karen is on air)
What is the twist in American Psycho?
High Tension was an example of how not to do a "plot twist" and amazed they didn't call this out. It's actually so bad it's insulting it can be anything but lazy stupid writing.
High Tension is still one of the worst, hole filled twists ever put to film. She was the killer, yet simultaneously in the house and outside of it, sometimes well away from it. The twist must have been that she had powers where she could be in two places at once and/or teleport. People who enjoyed that twist are the lowest common denominator that many filmmakers like to play to. Angel Heart, on the other hand, deserved more than an honorable mention, as did Carnival of Souls.
identity and wickerman are on the video twice, very shoddy editing
The plot twist was pretty obvious especially when the parents said that the daughter didn't speak since the funhouse accident
Ryan Reynalds should've used mint mobile in Buried
Maybe show the only title First before telling what plot twist they have, in case they want to watch it, so they can pause and skip and not get spoiled
Yeah, i was scrolling through comments just to see if somebody had posted a list of the movies they talk about.
Scream yay
primeira vez que vejo a cara de um narrador do watchmojo
Friday the 13th. That was a dream.
i guessed that malcolm died before the ending, tbh it wasnt that big atleast for me
In all fairness all the Saw films contain more than one twist.
Where's the "Top 20 Best Supervillain Teams" video?! #WatchMojo
How was skelington key a twist, we all knew what was going on, its literally the story
To be far the first time I watched it I was surprised
🎬🎞🎥🧙🏻♂
What about primal fear
The Wizard of Oz, House on Haunted Hill
Cool compilation, too bad you had to repeat so many movies, with the same twist every other list
House of Games is a good, solid mindf*ck film. David Mamet wrote and directed. Joe Montena stars.
Who has the list of all movies? I’m trying to watch em all😊
it's not the problem she's kinda forever young, which is pretty cool, but the serial killer part is, schwierig. xD
Somebody put the list so I can watch the movies without getting spoiled lol
Yep. Looking for a list too... :)
Lmao! Who tf thinks anyone is going to waste over 90 minutes on this channel? 90 seconds is my too and thats only 3 or 4 times a year.
Six sence
The movie with Ryan Reynolds, Buried, was SOOOO depressing! I like that actor, but the movie made me sorry I saw it. He did a good acting job, however.
I vote for Scooby Doo
The Japanese come up with some decent shit
Greetings.
❤❤❤
God damn I'm so sick of seeing the mist in these lists.. yeah it was good but fuck.. leave it out, every time, going forward
Hello good nights 😮😮😮
Calling Seven Pounds a bad film is wild
Wow, you guys have a love affair with Jordan Peele. Over rated and boring
I love how they literally have the skeleton key (stealing the bodies of white people to artificially extend one’s life and live for generations) and the wicker man (luring an ex lover to her family to have them fall victim to their evil ploy she was in on) on the same list as get out and they still lack the self awareness to realize get out stole those ideas and race swapped it and pretended the movie was deeper than it really was.
I don't get it.... Are you like not allowed to say voodoo on youtube? What's hoodoo.... I've never heard of hoodoo....
They're different
Hoodoo is more spirituality and is closer to withcraft
@@ResaVH oh really ,I did not know that is a thing thanks for informing me. I feel stupid for saying that
High Tension was a shitty film and the twist was stupid and made no sense
Again, Psycho is overrated
Thank you! I watched Psycho for the first time in 2021 and while the twist ending was abit shocking it didn't give me the 🤯 mind blowing surprise because I could feel that there was something odd about that guy.
I'm even more surprised why Psycho always gets the top ranking and it seems like just an okay film to me.
I'm sorry, but please show some more empathy, because an overall spoiler warning isn't enough for that kind of content. Even with a spoiler warning, you ignore the feelings of people who have no clue about at least one of the films in this list. We need the names of all movies in the timeline so I can (1) only watch the plot twists of the movies I already know and (2) know the other movies with plot twists just by looking at the timeline marks, then watch those movies before coming back to this video.
One and one half hour is way too long... some of us have a life. Some of you anyway
“Some of us have a life.”
Your whiny edgelord bullshit says you’re full of shit.
You are right. It's like a movie in a way. The long videos are great for late at night.
Maybe you don't think you have a life, but you do.its the only one you will ever have.why rush through it?
Watch mojo is my life
It should at least be "chaptered" so we can watch it in chunks.
GET OUT was the start of this WOKE BS
I guess you vote for Ron DeSantis.
@@billmurray7473 I guess you like the Diddler's music ......you cry for your favorite rapper hahah

Oh yeah
NAHHHHHHH M. NIGHTS biggest and best omfg twist was making Avatar just saying!
