The pancake dispenser for the win. I actually have one in my cart for my next batch. I'm also gonna start using my own wood chips like you, instead of the pine bedding. You can get it packed tighter with chainsaw chips. Nice show Ken ✌️🍻
Thanks for watching Jack! Glad to share what works best for me! Have you cracked open the dozen I donated yet? 😉 Catch you next time now get to bed! Your body needs reset after the crazy hours you’ve been working!!
Hi Allen! Thanks for watching! I sell these at $10 per dozen. I figure it costs me roughly $3.60 per dozen to make, for cups, wax, label, and bag. So I’d say the profit margin is pretty good!
I am honestly not sure Lyle…! I personally would not want to put food in my dehydrator after drying out wood chips though!! I load up Pyrex dishes and crank up my oven for a few hours, and it yields me a 5 gallon bucket full. To me that is quite efficient.
I need about 100 of them 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Silly boy….!!! Are you serious? I offered them to you before…
That does take a lot of patience. Nice job. ken
Thanks for watching and the kind words Joe….!! Hope to see you again soon!
Great idea on the dispenser
Thanks so much for watching, however…. I can’t take the credit! Tony recommended it over at TC’s Outdoors…!!
We use our own chips as well. Works well and it’s free. That’s the best. Great job and awesome on the dispenser
Thanks for stopping by Jeff and Patti…!!
👍👍
Thanks so much for watching….!

Hi Ken, good job putting your starters together. How do you price your starters? All said and done can you make much profit after all the work.

Good job 👍 Would a food dehydrator work to dry out your chips? It would be kinda set and forget and would use less energy than the oven 🤷

Fair enough point 🙂 Definitely would do the job, didn't think about residual taste from wood. 5 gallon yeild is definitely respectable
