Yeah, the glue on the epic ships aren't up to the task. My CR-90 had a loose engine in the package, one of the pegholes wasn't glued in very well. My GR-75 on the other hand had no issues. I don't mind as long as it's just a matter of gluing it back on. These things happen, and FFG's stuff is pretty solid otherwise :)
Thanks for the review. i saw two of these in a local store today both had visible defective left top panels. bit worried as i am having one shipped to Australia!! My CR90 also had an engine out of line but i chose to ignore it as the rest of the ship was pretty good and i didn't want to risk getting something worse with a return.
Now, I have no idea if this would work or not, but with some Forge World resin models, you can heat the pieces with a hair dryer, and bend them back into shape, you could always give that a go with the side fin. Heat it a little, bend it, and let it cool, I know they aren't resin, but it could be worth a shot.
Mertensify Since that is the primary part of the product, they wouldn’t replace it. When I wound up doing was using a hair dryer to warm them up, then I straighten to them and pinned them in place until they cooled. That worked fairly well.
Joe Cobos No. I was informed that since it is the main product, not an incidental little piece, my only option would be to return it to where I bought it from. They would only replace small missing parts or defective parts like tokens.
I had the same thing happen to my rebel transport (i.e attach pegs broken) ... :S at this price I will be staying away from this product! Thanks for the review Nathan! Great stuff as always!
So it's not a "no" it was a "yes" they do replace defective products, they said so in their response. so yeah pretty good on the great replacement policy. Why the issue?
This shop is complete canon it was also not made by this company it is from Star Wars battlefront 2’s campaign it was a special forces HQ for inferno squad
I think people who don't play this game might buy this just for the miniature imperial raider.
M Lau I just buy it for display, cuz it looks pretty good for a display

Price will be different depending on country and the exchange rate

I like the imperial raider looks cool
Just got mine today and it has the same bend solar panels. Is there a way to fix it or did you get a replacement?

@@ChronoRadio Thanks for the tip. I will try doing that.
Just wondering if FFG was able to help you out on the ship since it was manufactured wrong. my wing was bent also.

@@ChronoRadio thank you for the quick reply. that's horrible that they didnt help much. Hope FFG improves their ships.

Correct. At the time of this review, however, that was still about two years away from happening.
Looks kinda like the Ravager from KOTOR.
